Customer

Design-conscious, ambitious people who want AI that feels like their world.

Proposed customer

Customers I think would be a good fit: people who don’t necessarily work in tech. Artists, independent creatives, and culturally curious people who want useful AI, but don’t relate to the look and language of mainstream productivity tools. They care about how a product feels as much as what it does.

The brand can make someone feel “this is for me.” A useful creative workflow has to give them a reason to stay. This is a positioning hypothesis drawn from the design, not yet proof of who Pana’s customers are.
